Runs 11 seconds and is 42mb in size.
We supply your video files on a USB hard drive (not USB key/stick) as the file sizes are to large for DVD's. We prefer you to supply the drive, but please read the requirements below. If you don't have an external USB drive you can buy one from Harvey Norman / Officeworks who sell Terabyte drives (that's a 1000gig) for under $100. We can purchase a drive on your behalf. We add $20 to cover our time in purchasing the drive. We supply you the store tax invoice as we do not get involved in any warranty or operational queries.
Here the requirements for the USB drive
# You need 15 gigabytes per hour of footage. So for your 10 hours of video footage you would need a 150 gigabyte drive.
# If it is formatted as FAT32* we will need to reformat it, so make sure the drive is empty (to check this in Microsoft Windows select the drive letter in My computer > Right click > Properties > Look for "File system")
# We prefer the USB drive to be empty however this is not essential unless its FAT/FAT32* (Please note we will not be held responsible for any files already existing on your hard drive.)
# If you are Apple Mac based we can work with and format your drive as HFS file system. Please advise us if you want the HFS format. The default is NTFS (Microsoft Windows format which Apple Mac's can read but not write to).
